1. Booking

Booking your session with us is simple and straightforward. To reserve your date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking, with a 24-hour grace period to complete the payment. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored, and the appointment is subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of DimeVisionary's policies. Collaborations or creative endeavors booked with no monetary gain grant DimeVisionary full rights to the photos taken, which can be used at their discretion, including for promotional purposes. All bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and your session is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received. For larger projects, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to allow adequate preparation time. Please schedule your appointments (hair, nails, etc.) hours in advance to avoid tardiness or cancellation.

2. Payment

We offer flexible payment options to make the process convenient for you. The remaining balance (50%) is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Payments can be made via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your session. Additional services or edits requested after the session will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before delivery.

3. Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are unable to make your photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit toward a future session or provide a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session, the half deposit rule is void, and there will be no refund. However, the client may reschedule for free on a day that fits the photographer's schedule within 2 months. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If DimeVisionary cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event DimeVisionary fails for any other reason, DimeVisionary shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

4. Late Policy

Punctuality is essential to ensure a smooth and successful session. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, a $20 surcharge will be added to the session total. Please note that session end times will not be extended to accommodate lateness. Arriving late may result in a shorter session or fewer deliverables, depending on the remaining time available.
